Our most recent work has involved the distribution of The 300 Mile Swim across 15 countries. The response to the documentary, as a communications tool to support mental health charities and raise awareness has us back in the edit suite in 2013 to add an additional 30 minutes, including an insightful discussion interview with a GP and further miles clocked up in the water.

To add to this, as a developing Charity programme in its own right, David 'The 300 Mile Swimmer' Young and Director Tor Alexander Bruce have given talks within schools, churches, colleges, universities and in community settings, to spread the message of natural healing methods and outdoor activities as a means of coping and dealing with any form of mental ill health.

Our website provides an insight into the type of work we are involved in, with documents relating to suicide and our Sky TV News report. Please contact us directly with any questions and we are members of Mental Health North East (MHNE) who feature a variety of listings and events via their website. In particular, if you are in a dark place right now get in touch and we will post a copy of our film to you free of charge. We are now recruiting towards The 3000 Mile Swim.
